We are looking to add a Floral Designer/Wedding Coordinator to the team. This position is vitally important to our business, working in the coordination and management of our weddings and event business while designing exceptional floral pieces.

This position is only for experienced Floral Designers. Qualifications to Include:

-Minimum 2 years floral design experience

-Experience with weddings & events including arches, installations, and calculating recipes for such event work.

-Knowledgeable in flower varieties, recipe creation, understanding of mechanics needed for large and small scale installation work, and understanding of floral pricing guidelines.

-Ability to lead our wedding clients through a knowledgeable consultation and sales process to execute their vision.

-Wide range of artistic design experience including both traditional and modern styles in daily arrangements, weddings, corporate decor, and installations.

Job Description:

-Coordinator for Weddings and Events: Be a point of contact for Bridal inquiries and communication management throughout the Bridal and event process, conduct client consultations and proposals for their wedding/event, and follow up throughout the process from inquiry to wedding day.

-Learn and execute our CRM & Software systems to manage the Bridal & Event processes

-Designing wedding arrangements, bridal bouquets, arches, installations, bouts and corsages, and other daily and event work.

-Assisting in the set up and break down of weddings and events.

Job Type: Full Time or Heavy Part Time (30-40 hrs/week): We are willing to accommodate either for the right candidate.

Pay: Minimum starting at $20.00+ per hour plus tips, pay rate depending upon experience.
