Experienced Floral Designer: Part Time or Full Time

Start Date: Sept 14th or thereabouts

We are looking to fill a part time position as a Floral Designer with daytime hours 2-5 days per week with required availability on Mondays, most Fridays, and Saturdays.  Ability to help with late night "strike" tear down services after weddings a couple shifts per month.

This position is only for experienced Floral Designers. Qualifications to Include:

-Minimum 2 years floral design experience

-Experience with weddings & events including arches, installations, and calculating recipes for such event work.

-Wide range of artistic design experience including both traditional and modern styles in daily arrangements, funeral work, weddings, corporate decor, and installations.

Job Description:

-Designing daily arrangements including wrapped bouquets, vase arrangements, funeral arrangements, wreaths, and corporate arrangements.

-Designing wedding arrangements, bridal bouquets, arches, installations, bouts and corsages, and other event work.

-Assisting in the set up and break down of weddings and events.

-Processing flowers, cleaning work area & coolers as needed

-Answering phones as needed and assisting walk in customers with orders

Job Type: Part Time or Full Time Position

Pay: $18.00-24.00 per hour, plus tips, depending upon experience.
